Dear Pastor and church

Greetings from Jakarta, Indonesia in Jesus Christ’s name.

By God’s grace, 21 May 2006 we start new mission in Manado, North Sulawesi (Celebes). I baptized 2 persons there and we already have 3 members in Manado who studied in our Bible School before. I spent 3 days there and by His power 46 saved there. Last month, I went again to Manado to evangelize, to follow-up and to train our members. I spent 6 days and 5 nights there. This time God still use us to lead 18 people to the Lord and 1 lady (teenager) baptized. We plan that every month I go there to help them growing in to the Lord.

Please pray for for the needs of this new mission :

A person that will take care of this new church ( a fulltime worker/national missionary)
A place (building) for service. This time we borrow a place for service (we need USD 4.200,00 to rent a house for two years.
Money for tickets from Jakarta – Manado – Jakarta. Jakarta Manado 3 hours by plane. I need every month to continue to help them, to follow up them, USD 300 (we plan 6 months, I will go there).

Until now we have 13 missions station from our church and thank God 6 missions already independent (not include the 13).

We thank God last month ( 5 June) our Bible School graduated 12 students. One of them was my son, Peter Evans Tambunan. Please pray for him, he wants to continue study the Bible out of the country to get his Master degree.

Bro. Suprianto, bro Adiwinata sent to West Kalimantan (Borneo) last December.
Bro. Yandri and his wife Lamra sent to West Timor (Soe), last Aptil.
Bro. Edi and Miss Nelliana sent to West Kalimantan (Borneo) last month.
All of them graduated from our Bible School.

June : Saved people : Jakarta (7); Manado (18). Baptized : Jakarta (1); Manado (1)
From January – June : Saved people : 207. Baptized : 31
